On Harold Latta Drive, this construction project has a wooded backyard which faces onto the playing fields of Orange High School in Hillsborough. This is one amazing house - hardwood and ceramic tile on the first floor, with 1/2 bath and a fireplace in the living room, patio out back. On the second floor, ceramic tile in the two full baths and laundry. Do you see all the second floor windows have arches? Three bedrooms, plus an incredibly huge light family / game room over the garage. And the neighbors kept saying this was the best built home in Burke's Meadow (most of the others were built by Centex....). Bought out from under the hammers even before we were done. Definitely the best value in the area!
