First, let me wish you warmth and succor for your holidays, and hopes for a peaceful evening at years end. It has been a pleasure getting to know each of you.

Entering the 2019 year, I want to ensure that Fiori Hill sells out all homes and that Peloquin Construction and the burgeoning neighborhood gets the best exposure possible. The goal is to see all homes sold this coming year so that all the neighbors move in and life at Fiori Hill blossoms.

To this end, a great team at Weaver Street Realty will be taking on the sales and marketing of Fiori Hill for the Peloquins as of January 1, 2019 (see information below). For those already under contract, this will not affect you. You will continue to work with me and receive the same service as you have until now. If you are one of those who have been deliberating, this is a great time to decide to buy a home! I can still represent you as a buyer’s agent – Weaver Street Realty will now be representing Peloquin Construction as the seller’s agent.

We’re all excited about the new energy and greater marketing exposure this change will provide in the drive to a vibrant and diverse neighborhood.

Grace Kim talk on Cohousing:

A nice TED talk on cohousing by an architect has been posted:

The Verona model home on lot 2 is fully dried in, wired, and plumbed.  The HVAC system is being installed.  Siding is about to go on and be painted, followed by the metal roof.

Framing has started on the first TUSCAN home (lot 18).   As soon as a permit is issued, foundation work will start on the second Tuscan (lot 16).   Duke power has marked all the lots and promises to run underground lines this month.

The Reservation process is over.  Each reservation holder has been contacted to convert to an Offer to Purchase a home.   Estimated completion of homes is 5-6 months after issuance of building permit, depending on location and model.
